Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” at the completion of the purchase, at which time you will have access to the download link at the order confirmation page as well as via an order confirmation email sent to the specified e-mail address. As such, all purchases made on www.weekendcityescapes.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.
Weekend City Escapes reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Shipping Policy
By purchasing at Weekend City Escapes, you will be acquiring a digital product that does not require shipping. After confirming your order and payment has been processed, you will be prompted to the order confirmation page, where a download link will be displayed so you can immediately download the guide(s) purchased. At the same time, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address specified on the checkout process with a link for downloading the guide(s) purchased. This way, as long as you don't delete this e-mail, you will be able to open / re-download the guide.
Should you not receive the order confirmation e-mail, or if the document is corrupted, please get in touch at weekendcityescapes@gmail.com and state your order number, so we can send you a new download link.
